Per project, against a scope we agree in writing first. You get the number before any work starts, and it only moves if the scope moves — in which case we tell you before we build, not after. Every service page shows where its prices start.

You do. What we write for your store is handed over with the repository and stays yours, including the day you decide to take it to somebody else. Nothing we build depends on us still being around.

We stay reachable. A bug in something we built gets fixed by the person who wrote it. Anything new gets scoped like any other job — there is no retainer you have to sign to keep us answering the phone.

Often, yes. Send us the store and whatever access you still have, and you get an honest answer on whether it is worth repairing or cheaper to rebuild. Sometimes that answer is that you should keep what you have.
